Counting When The Item Cannot Be Scanned

During Counting, you may come across a scenario where you are asked to scan an item in an assigned location, but the item does not exist. This can happen if the item is assigned to the location but it is not in stock, or if the item is missing. In this scenario, you can manually type in the part number to enter the count value. There is a faster alternative to this, however. Instead of manually typing in the part number, you can click the "List uncounted" button. On the next screen, you can then check the item in the list and click the "Select" button. Now you can enter the count of zero and click "Next" to count the next item or change the location. | |
