Open Firewall Ports for OrderSavant for Array

If you have a firewall running on your PC there are some TCP ports that must be opened before OrderSavant will work properly. The first port you need to allow is for FTP traffic, which by default is TCP port 21. The next port that must be allowed is for telnet traffic to your Array server, which by default is TCP port 23. Lastly there is the OrderSavant Security Server Port which is specified on the “Server” tab in the OrderSavant application settings. By default this is TCP port 8734 and this will need to be allowed as well. | |
