Savance appreciates any feedback you have to offer regarding our products. It is these customer suggestions that have helped guide Savance Enterprise into the feature-rich product that it is today.

Here is the method we use to prioritize feature changes for Savance Enterprise such as the one you requested:

1. The number of users who have requested the same feature add or change.
2. The time it would take the engineers to make that change or add that new feature.
3. Or if the customer is willing to pay for a change--it goes to the top of the list for the next release.

We can do a custom modification for you if your company is willing to pay for it. The minimum cost of a custom modification is $1,000. When we do a custom modification, we add the change to the production version of Savance Enterprise. In essence, everyone will receive the same changes, but you will get the changes much sooner. This eliminates confusion for you when it is time to upgrade, plus we would also be unable to keep separate versions for each customer that paid for a customization.
