Show Total Availability for All Warehouses on the Web Setting

There is a setting for Savance Enterprise Web called “Show Total Availability for All Warehouses on the Web”.  This setting can be changed in the Savance Enterprise Application on the Sites tab of the Administrator or in Savance Enterprise Web by going to the ADMIN page and clicking the “General Settings” link. 

 

If this setting is turned on it will sum the availability across all warehouses and display this value anywhere the availability is listed.   This includes the product menu items, favorite items, searching items, and the product details pages.  When this setting is turned off the availability will be displayed as the quantity for the warehouse the user is assigned to.  Regardless of what this setting is set to the availability is also displayed as a link, which when clicked will display the stock levels at each warehouse individually.

 

Please note that this setting currently only works for OrderSavant Standalone and OrderSavant SHIMS.  For OrderSavant Array the availability is always displayed as the quantity from the warehouse the user is assigned to no matter what the setting is set to.
