Savance’s Response Time for Support Issues

Savance’s policy is to answer any and all support requests within one business day (24 hours).   In most cases, the response time is much faster, and it is rare for something to go the full duration without a response.  Each support request is entered into our ticketing system and answered by the appropriate support professional in the order it was received, though emergency situations have higher priority.  For emergency situations, online chat or telephone are always recommended so your situation can be triaged appropriately.  Please click here to see Savance’s support hours.
